    About the Design

Palmé is shaped around layered courtyards, soft transitions, and framed moments. Anchored by a mature Macadamia tree, the design positions the entry and circulation spine to highlight and preserve this natural feature — making it both a focal point and a calming threshold.

The layout draws on subtropical principles — breeze paths, deep overhangs, and strong indoor–outdoor flow — while balancing privacy with openness. Curves soften thresholds, and tactile materials like stone, textured render, and timber bring warmth and rhythm throughout.

Phase one begins with a self-contained link dwelling, forming the first livable stage under our Live Now, Grow Later method — allowing the home to evolve with time, not all at once.
